White Eyed Conure I'd say. Google pics of it. Some do have the red spots on the head just like this one.

I would have to agree on white eyed conure as well, but what's bothering me is the perch that is being used...."Rebar"...really??? That is something that's definitely not bird safe to use!!!

Yeah, this bird has quite a terrible cage set-up - are you thinking of buying it, or does it belong to a friend/family member?

Absolutely a horrible cage setup as the wires around the cage are all rusted.....OP, read up on heavy metal poisoning in birds!!!

my aunt found it and it wasnt calm so she put in that cage she isnt in that cage anymore and its beak isnt broken just a reflection
