What does this mean?

I’ve been trying to understand my 5 month old Sun, Phoebe, but I’m struggling to.

By my understanding, the head bobbing and wing flapping is a baby thing isn’t it? What does it mean? What do all her chirps mean? Everything about her is so different than my previous bird (GCC), I’m trying to learn but can’t understand!

Hi there,

Both of my conures do this. They enjoy a good beard to preen, and snuggle into. I call it their happy noises. If my female gets too into it, and it becomes clucking (hormonal) I discourage it just because I don’t want her laying eggs.
