What if my GCC does not play with his toys?

Hello, my name is Melanie and I have a pineapple CC since 2 days. He's weaned and eats pretty much everything I offer him. He ist 2 months old and sleeps still a lot, well he has a 10 minute nap and then is action again.
Since I am now at home, like most of the rest of the World, I what to establish a strong bond which is happening HOWEVER, as soon as his in his cage he wants to get out and he does not play whit his toys, all natural chewing toys.
How can I get him to like the toys?
