What is this behavior?

Lucy thinks that she needs to run to me and bury her head under me and scratch her feet like she is pushing herself headfirst under me... My arm, leg, side whatever she can get her head semi under. What is this?

Sounds like a nesting behavior (scratching out a hole in the ground)

Ok why is she trying to nest under me? Cause she only does it under me...

Like Shirre said, it's a nesting behavior. My girl does that when she's really excited about something, a toy, a treat, favorite food, crumpled paper....
