What type of cockatiel?

I just got these 2 baby cockatiels and was wondering if anyone could tell me what type the smaller one is in the front? The bigger one is just a grey is it normal for siblings to be different like this?

They both look like pieds to me, and yes, it's normal for them to be different colors. It just depends on what mutations the parents are carrying and which ones become visual.
