Pearl does most in the morning and evening.I have recently noticed that she only makes the most noise when certain things are going on.For example recently I started playing a new radio station for Pearl.I haven't played it the last couple of days and I also noticed that Pearl had been extra quiet so I began to worry.I just turned the radio on a few minutes ago and now she won't be quiet! I've learned that certain things make her chatter more so what about all of your guys parrots?!

The vacuum cleaner for sure.

yes..... the vacuum ,running water, music and the micro wave.

Ah I forgot the vacuum:)

Mines makes the most noise when ever I enter the kitchen where is cage is located. If I enter the kitchen he starts screaming imagine when you put on gardening gloves and start smashing your hand inside the cage and your parrot screaming is how he screams he sees me. Only in his cage if hes out hes quiet as a bug, thats bad when I need to put him back in.

My senegal is a morning flower no doubt, will go on for hours. My B&G is pretty quiet, but when he does let loose, it is in the evening when he sun begins to set. For those who haven't heard one before, a fully wound up macaw pissed off that the sun is leaving him yet AGAIN, is something to hear.

Another thing my senegal will do is if she is left in her downstairs cage alone (my wife and I are both upstairs for some reason) she and our dog will form a duet. Not sure who starts it, but one will howl and the other will chirp and screech. Pretty funny.

It must be a Senegal thing, as soon as the sun rises so does he, around 4.30am at this time off year, I remind everybody to shut the doors unless they want waking to laurel and hardy tunes answer wolf whistlesbright and early.

definetly the vaccuum, and when i get home for the day, somehow he knows its me from the sounds of my footsteps or the timing of the day. XD

Definately the Vacuum and when she cannot see me! Oh and when I have Visitors :)

My macaw does not make a lot of noises at all. Other when he talks. But screaming he may only do it like 3 to 5 times a week. Idk y but he's a very quite.

Ours chatter the most in the morning and evening. They all ignore the vacuum. As I am home now during the day, I am finding they are very quiet during the day. . . . unless my husband is home. Then our amazon chatters non stop for his attention. She is constantly calling him, singing to him, whistling lol.

My GCC's do not really make any noise at certain times, except if the room they're sleeping in is completely dark. I usually dim the lights or else they squawk for like an hour. :)
