Archie has always talked up a storm. A lot of what we’ve taught him, but also hysterical gibberish. He talks to himself in 3 different voices, and you can’t make out a word.

But this weekend, he went way over the top with his talking, and won’t stop. I ain’t complaining, but there’s no doubt that he’s gone through a significant change with his vocalizations. YNA, about 19 months now. And this coincides with his first yellow feathers coming in.

Has anyone else noticed such a drastic overnight change in whatever kind of behavior?

Yeah- I mean, puberty can change vocalizations, preferences for people, sleep patterns, handle-ability (?) lol etc.

Noodles was already sexually mature when I got her, but I have had similar experiences at rescues etc..Some birds changed their preferences (seemingly overnight), same with vocalizations etc.
