Hello! I hope everything is great with everyone and their bird companions. Sorry I have not been here in a while. I wanted to know if anyone has a suggestion on where to get good organic dried corn kernels? You know the really, really hard ones?

I know corn is not the best thing for our birds but I want to use it as an occasional treat. Boomer would work on a kernel for a good 20 minutes. 1 kernel! He works on it slowly because it is hard but he seems to enjoy it a lot. I tried amazon.com (preferred) but I don't have experience with the brands that came up. So yeah, any suggestions would be great.

Hey Boom :) I usually get mine (for popping) at the health food store or even Krogers in the organic section. It's usually marketed under popcorn.

Thanks, Kali! I was wondering if I could use the popcorn kernels, thanks for confirming. I'll check it out at Vons or Trader Joe's.

I hope everything is well with you and little Kumar. Cheers from me and my evil little chicken.
