We usually order from mysafebird store, but they are out of stock on harrisons adult lifetime superfine. I was only able to find a bag on Amazon, but would prefer to order from somewhere a little more willing to ship to a PO box.

Consider your Avian Medical Clinic or one in your regional of North America.
Pet Shops as above.
Internet Stores that sell Parrot Food.

Could you just ask a friend who lives nearer to town and use their address for Amazon? Do you not want them at your home, or will they not deliver? Even when I was in an apartment with a box, they would still leave packages at the door (no touch etc)

I find ordering it straight from Harrisons is cheaper and easier

Don’t you have Amazon pick-up locations in your area? Here in South Florida, many of our 7-11’s have these lockers to pick up stuff.

I really don’t know how the system works, though.

But I think there are a bunch of other places to pick up Amazon orders too, like FedEx.

As the OP has learned, living off the grid has great benefits and like serious issues regard door delivery. Our 'Lady of the Woods' hidden in the back-country of rural North American has found mail and package delivery is very different from those of us that live in more urban areas.

If I recall correctly, their access road can and does wash-out from time to time as a result of heavy rains and/or snow melt. Commonly Delivery Services do not deliver to homes not located on County maintained roads.
