Which mini air purifier would be good for my room?

I'm looking for a mini air purifier for my room, reasonably priced. I need it because, well, I have birds and herps (most of the herps were forced upon me due to my family's irresponsible decisions, I would definitely have less of them if I could) AND me in the same room. There's enough space for all, it's actually quite cozy, but I want to make sure the air is top quality! I know the mini air purifiers run somewhere between 30-60 USD. Any specific ones you guys recommend?

I'm not sure how much mine cost (It was gifted to me), but I have a Lancaster that's served me well for close to a decade. I just vacuum it out every so often. No filters to buy!
