Which size carrier and flight harness

So I am getting my ringneck in the next week or two and wanted to get an aviator harness so I can start getting it used to it right away. This site says that the petite fits small ringnecks and the extra small fits most ringnecks. It also says that they are non returnable. So should I go for the x-small?

I'd go for the larger one. The biggest issue with size is the 'neck loop' and I think it's better to have it slightly 'too large' than too small because you can still adjust the body straps.

By too large, I don't mean it's hanging off his body either, just with a little more 'give' but I again doubt it'd be too much because that'd be the NEXT size up. They give weight examples for birds, how much does your guy weigh/
