White Fronted Amazon Harness Size

I was going to get a harness, but I keep getting delayed because I keep going back and forth. I'm not sure what size to get for my white fronted amazon. Does anyone what size works best for them? X-small or small? I tried researching it but there isn't much out there. I'm not sure if they are suppose to be a small because they're the smallest type of amazon, so when it says small amazons I'm not sure if they include these little guys too.

Please note, he is not a lesser white fronted amazon (they're smaller).

I would buy the bigger one. When learning to use the harness having that extra head room can pay off.

Get a small aviator harness, that fits birds from 190-425 grams

I got the small size for my yellow shouldered amazon and he is just a little bigger than a white fronted.
