Been sprouting these for 4 days and since day 3, they have started to turn pink/purple. Is this still ok to feed.? Why are they doing this.? Could I be rinsing too many times a day.? I do rinse them between every 2-6 hours to be sure that they aren't drying out

I'm not sure why it's happening. I think your sprouts are too old. Ideally feed them when they're 1-2 days old and don't let their roots grow very big. Take my advice with a pinch of salt, as I may be incorrect since I have no idea why it's changing colours.

They look fine, i use sprouting trays and i rinse mine a few times a day, longs as they don’t go furry.

They are fine. It looks like they are getting quite a bit of light and are doing their photosynthesis thing!

Thanks everyone. On the package, it says ready to eat in 5-7 days but will try sooner as I know people do usually give sooner. Will try rinsing only 2-4 times, maybe I am doing it too much. I think where I had them for 2 days, they maybe did get too much soon but spent most of the time in the hall, on the banister where there are no windows. Will keep them there from now on.
