Scarlet, please let go of my finger. Please? Pleeeease?! Scarlet, LET GO!
That's all I seem to say to her now.. I have a hole in my finger where she gripped it too hard with her hand because she didn't want me to go. She will hold onto my fingers with her beak, she's gentle, till she grabs it with her foot, she doesn't realize how hard she's doing it, and I don't want to be yelling at her all the time. But it hurts, she gets tighter and tighter. This is a recent thing, just in the last week or so. At first I didn't mind, it was so cute. Then she got too obsessive with my fingers and every time I go to leave, she gripps on as hard as she can.
What do I do? :(

Have you tried the "Stop it!" squeal? Like the one that happens at the 20 second mark of this video:

It lets them know in their own language that it's not on.

I think Brodie is saying she hangs on hard with her feet and not biting. If she is putting holes in your finger than you need to file her nails or a pedi perch will help.

Instead of giving her your finger, give her the back of your hand so she can not grip it.

Yeah she's not biting she just holds on way to tight. She will hold my finger in my beak but I never have to worry about that getting to hard. I try giving her my whole hand but she won't stand on it, she doesn't want anything but my fingers, it's weird..
As for her nails, had no idea how long they got so fast till this happened, going to get a new perch this week, have been planning to for a while. Hopefully that helps..
