i have a wood burning fireplace in my living room. i usually use it around this time of year, but haven't yet bc i'm not sure if it's safe for my african grey.
the fireplace is in the living room. his cage is in the dining room, however there is no door that separates the two rooms.
is it safe to use a wood burning fireplace?
i'd prefer answers from those who know/have used one vs those that have 'read' or 'heard' one way or another.
i'm all for being cautious, but i also want to be informed with real knowledge and not conjecture that simply makes you afraid to use anything at all around your animals.
