“All the Best Things in Life! Live on the other side of Fear!” Author unknown.

The Mid-January, first quarter, Partners meeting was underway. The review of 2021 defined a year in true transition with each of the three primary Business Centers (Hangars) and their defined territories providing growth in very early 2022 above what they had anticipated, especially in new client and the business growth of their existing clients. As the three Partners completed presenting their Territory numbers and projections for 2022. The Shining Star, clearly had to be Priscilla’s Far Eastern Territories as it had been so under severed in the past, and adding Air, Sea freight transportation and Financing for its member clients, it was clearly ripe for growth. The News of the organization’s addition of Sea transport in South American was a true catalyst for renewed growth there in the coming early months of the New Year. Although there had been increased Mega Container ships available with the opening of the upgraded Panama Canal, now for a couple of years, they should have off-set many of the long-distant PanImax container ships as the cost advantage of the much larger ships should have easily cherry-picked with their shipping cost per ton advantage. The Mega Ship’ greatest hold back is that the Harbor Authorities had not invested in upgrading their Ports to accept the greater depth and size of the Mega Container Ships, end results, the PanImax ships continued to carry the volume as they support regional transportation. With the mind-numbing numbers behind them, they opened the meeting to Mary and their Managers.

Mary had begun her presentation with a review of the Security changes that had been completed during the Fall and early Winter of 2021 and specifically, which Web and Physical Attacks had been foiled resulting from their enhanced Security measures. Then to the Aircraft that they added based on leasing and out-right purchased during 2021, with leasing remaining for the long-haul, international, jumble jets. She then reviewed the products they sell to their Clients, Governments and specific large Corporations as part of the EU, North America and Australian Military Complex. The Servers, Software and Smart Laptop products leading those products. The anticipated GEN VI; Server, Laptop and Software packages are not being aggressively sold as testing is still underway. She then had Beak provide a more specific report on his group’s work with the Clients and their late Fall, Client Server inspections, upgrades and cleaning services. Jimmy, provided an update on Client aircraft service, repair, upgrades, and to the Corporations’ C-130J-30 aircraft they had purchased or planned to purchase during 2022. Jimmy speculated that with the ever-increasing size and number of ‘Hot Spots’ around the World that providing their Regional Aircraft with on-board, anti-attack and retaliation armament is becoming ever more necessary as the use of ground-to-air missile sites seem to increase monthly. Chen provided an update on Corporate Logistics and the need continues to increase the abilities of each of the three primary Hangars adding or enhancing automated-inventory systems of at least a double bay size to support that primary Hangar in addition to the smaller assigned corporate hangars, but also the increased sales they are seeing directly to their Clients. As our buying power increases, combined with our Air and Sea transportation reliability, we, to a certain degree, are transitioning into a warehouse /supplier for our Client base.

High above the North Atlantic, one of their older leased KLM 747 cargo jets was experiencing an increasing issue with its’ Port outboard engine as it acted as thou it was starving for fuel. After completing system tests and even a restart, the pilot elected to shut the failing engine down. As they approached England’s Controller Zone, the Starboard outer engine was beginning to display the same symptoms. The pilot reported the problem to KLM-EU maintenance /troubleshoot group as they used the onboard MY-N, smart laptop for providing real-time engine and system readouts to KLM’s maintenance group. Within ten minutes they elected to shut-down that engine as well. They choose to land at Amsterdam airport and have MY-N and KLM service staff check the fuel supply systems. During the final approach into Amsterdam the Port inboard engine began showing the same issues of decreased fuel pressure. Although less critical at that point, the aircraft landed without the loss of that engine. KLM had notified MY-N Amsterdam Hangar of the issue and both groups’ staff were ready as the aircraft was positioned on the Annex paddock. Jimmy’s crew had opened the engine covers on all four engines as the pilots reported that engine four was displaying the same issues after landing. Jimmy had pulled the fuel tester devise from his office and while his and KLM’s staff were busy inspecting the engines and the supply lines, he started with the first engine that failed and completed the first fuel test. He found a jelling of the fuel that should not be there. Moving to the second engine he also found the same jelling issue. He called the Atlanta Hangar and asked them to contact their Jet Fuel supplier and report the issue and to also ground any of their aircraft that had been fueled at Atlanta Hangar the last 24 hours. Jimmy finished testing the fuel at the last engine and found the same jelling issue. He called his fuel supplier in Amsterdam and told them of his finding. They had a Chemist on-site moments later. Jimmy called the KLM flight controller and stated that their KLM 747 was grounded and they needed another to transfer the cargo to and continue the flight. Jimmy contact Chen to let her know that the inbound KLM 747 was at Amsterdam and that the cargo was being transfer to another KLM 747 as they spoke. Chen walked over to Jimmy’s Hangar and stated that she would fly with the KLM 747 to Switzerland as they both began transferring the non-cargo, Hangar items to the replacement aircraft.

Jimmy had bad news for both his and the KLM maintenance staff as all the fuel system and control-components need to be removed along with the fuel pressurization-components and cleaned, plus all the fuel tanks, lines and the system suppling the auxiliary engine. It would be a time consuming, demanding project. The paddock crew had transferred the aircraft cargo containers into the replacement KLM 747, while that aircraft was stocked and fueled ready for the continuation of its flight. A bit short of 3-hours out-of-cycle, the replacement KLM 747 was in the air and heading Southwest to Switzerland. The pilots noted the differences during start-up, resulting from the effect of the lack of the MY-N, smart laptop onboard. As Chen exited the aircraft, she thanked the pilots and crew for the excellent flight. James was waiting for her at the bottom the stairway. He hugged her and welcomed her back to Switzerland. They began to inventory the cargo coming off the aircraft and over-seeing the loading to assure that the cargo is available in the correct sequence. They had turned the aircraft around in less time than normal so that the aircraft was now less than 2-hours behind schedule as it lifted-off.

Carla was clearly upset with the paint crew as they had switched the paint sequence and it was visible to all as the colors did not match the specified shade, she had specified. They would have to removed what they had applied. This would be a two-day set-back in an already tight schedule. The only good news is that it was an interior paint, which would be slightly easier to remove. The date that the Vessel needed to be underway was locked and the Marina manager had brought another paint crew on and they began painting the Hull as a means of keeping them on schedule. While he was leaving, he noted that the container racking crew was busy installing the new racking system and that they were ahead of schedule, he was thankful, as at least that was going well. He also liked its framing structure, which now also supports the defensive missile launchers, as a result reducing the number of container-locations that had been used to provide structural support are now available for cargo. The Engine Bay although not facing extensive work did include corrections and upgrades that will reduce fuel usage underway and allow for greater cooling of the hydraulic systems. Carlos was communicating with Chen and James as all the Vessels approach dates in which each Vessel is released from Marina Hold. For the first time, all of the Vessels will be carrying far more MY-N Client cargo than CERN group cargo.

Between assuring the scheduled work was being completed and their Wedding. Carlos and Carla were busy juggling it all. Kendal and Rosa had been as busy with the dance required to keep CERN financially stable while planning their Wedding. The two weddings would follow each other by one week and both will be a true joy for both Kendal and Rosa and, Carlos and Carla. Mary contacted Julio’s parents, plus Carla’s and Kendal’s and scheduled their flights to celebrate the Weddings, but also the recent victory of their Court Battles to allow passenger /cargo aircraft, the same protection of Merchant Marine Vessels. Although they did not anticipate the same level of acceptance by the owners as the Merchant Marine owners had likely been driven by the greater number of Worldwide attacks on Vessels.

Mid-January along the Western coastal areas of the Netherlands have long delt with different levels of Winter Fog. Today, it was the truly heavy /thick version that leads to icy roads and poor visibility, which slows traffic of all kinds, especially air travel. The newer or updated aircraft with the enhanced vision systems that aided them in such weather-conditions, as the newer inbound KLM 787 from MY-N Atlanta, U.S., and its arrival was on-time and without issue. That said, the trip to the MY-N Amsterdam Annex was a more challenging as each turn require a combination of skill using wheel steering and engine thrust /reverse-thrust to turn the aircraft. Once at the Hangar the ground crew worked with care not to contact the aircraft with the ground equipment. The transfer of aircraft cargo containers took a bit longer, but they were successful. Twelve of the containers where headed to the Marina where the MY-N Fleet were docked for scheduled upgrades and refits meeting the organizations newest requirements. As always, electronics were at the top of the list. Especially, the Server upgrades and software preparations for GEN VI series with new antenna arrays for transferring data in the future with Boeing aircraft and North American Military aircraft, ships.

The sale of the numerous properties that CERN, Time Travel Group had as part of their holdings had been a critical income source for CERN as that capital was used to keep CERN out of Chapter 11, while they reconfigured the organization. Carla was an active part of helping those Governments, which had purchased the property, determine and develop specific uses that would generate a financial resource for their Country. This resulted in an additional revenue stream with Legal, Design, Engineering and Project Management Support of those projects. The Swiss Police had maintained an active presentence, on-site, at CERN as individuals with connections to those arrest last Summer /Fall continue to be uncovered. MARS North America Management Group continued to be disappointed in the finding of even more individuals. The costs and loss time had soured their want to continue build at the CERN’s facilities beyond the completion of the first MARS pod group as it began finishing and shipping.

As the outbound KLM 787 arrived at the Runway, the Pilots noted an incoming message, specifying a change in their flight plan after they had completed their Eastern European, NATO segment. The Far Eastern, non-NATO segment of the flight had become far too dangerous as four, ground to high-altitude missiles had taken down one passenger aircraft and the other three were far too close for comfort. From Poland they were to land in Austria unload the containers for the Far-Eastern, European flight plan, then fly South and staying to the West of Turkey and then over Greece, out into the Mediterranean to East of Egypt and then over Saudi Arabia and continue South over the India Ocean at altitude, than back to their original flight path. With concern, they commented that the number of areas that are becoming unstable seems to increase near weekly. Chen had arranged for the C-130J-30 with the anti-missile defense systems onboard to fly into Austria, pick-up and deliver the aircraft containers that had been off-load there. Future flights will have those containers removed at either Amsterdam or Switzerland prior to proceeding further East.

Julio and his CFO were busy reviewing cash flow trends and projects they have underway or waiting for financing. She has been more than happy with her CEO, as Julio’s talent for timing has been pitch-perfect and always assure each month has provided a profit and that had been after paying at least an additional 15% above planned monthly debt-retirement. His office phone rang and it was Anna. Hello Anna, what do you have for me this morning? Samuel on line 5, sir. Thanks Anna. Hi Samuel, what is happening in your part of the World good friend. Long story, very short, friend, we need to set six, C-130J-30, fully loaded, aircraft into the Ukraine tomorrow night! I have the aircraft; the flight staff and you will receive the cargo on tomorrow morning’s Eastbound, KLM 787 flight. I need your help to assure the C-130J-30 are loaded, serviced and fueled prior to take-off out of Amsterdam. The aircraft are new, which we delivered two days ago to Sweden with the added goodies that you had recommended and they only need the correct MY-N, Smart Laptops installed and the systems tested. Those aircraft are inbound as we speak. Okay, Samuel, what is the catch? You need to keep them out-of-sight prior to take-off. Julio smiled as he stated, out-of-sight, in plain sight, right? Samuel said, you likely need to get busy! Julio slowed his friend and asked for the project number, to charge against, as Samuel provided it and stated, bye. He turned to his CFO and stated I need project numbers for Beck, Jimmy and the FBO staff, she smiled as she provided him the numbers, as he provided her Samuel’s project number. Julio called Beak and connected Jimmy into the conference call and covered what will be happening, with the when and where, plus provided the project numbers. Jimmy had his staff set-up repair covers for engines and nose cone for four at the Annex and two at the main Hangar. Beck contacted Redvent and updated him. Redvent remined his friend that they needed two antennas for each aircraft. After contacting the Hangar manager and updating her, he returned to working with his CFO.

Chen and James had already begun shifting every other Eastbound flight into Amsterdam thus reducing the need to transport fewer containers between Switzerland and Amsterdam. It also helped in reducing the number of individuals needing to be flown to Amsterdam as they shifted Switzerland bound containers as well. The stead flow of outbound containers for the MARS project remained in place, which maintained the KLM Westbound aircraft landing in Switzerland and then flying Northwest to Amsterdam before flying to North America. Mary and Julio planned to meet tomorrow Morning’s Eastbound KLM 747 as Julio’s parents would be onboard for the upcoming weddings. Plus, his Dad’s Recognition Dinner and Award from the Merchant Vessel’s Owners and Skippers Association for his work in obtaining the ‘Right-To-Arm’ for Merchant Marine ships!

As Beak and Redvent inspected the Swedish aircraft, they noted that the Armament systems had not been shifted to Auto-Protect Mode, nor had the upgraded radar systems. They elected to provide GEN V+ series by upgraded the laptops with most of the GEN VI hardware and software, as well, as what Frederick had been wanting additional real-World feedback as to the new components, software and wiring systems. Beak allowed the laptops to enhance the onboard systems by increase communication rates and storing history on the smart laptop’s increased digital memory unit. It was Redvent that noted that the Armament system had only a base load, and far from fully loaded. He contacted Julio and recommend that they fully load the Armament system, including the missiles using a part of the stock from the shipment for MY-N Vessels. Julio agreed and added them to Samuel’s project list, plus the other things that both Beak and Jimmy’s staff had found missing. The FBO had been busying stocking the aircraft for their mission but held adding hot and cool items until just before mission take-off. Both Jimmy’s and Beak’s teams had found odd items that were either not connected or missing. They both assured that all systems and equipment were onboard and tested. The Pilots had been busy helping with the work and noting the quality of work that MY-N staff were providing. Jimmy had set two aircraft inside at the Annex and the others as if they had been positions at different times, arriving with maintenance requirements. Nothing looked out-of-place as part of a normal day’s maintenance requirements supporting busy route-based aircraft, on-demand, service work.

It was 19:30 hours and Jimmy’s staff were continuing to find operational issues with the aircraft. He called the onsite Swedish Officer into his office. Jimmy was straight to the point; your aircraft are not ready for a simple delivery mission let allow one that ‘could’ find them fighting their way in and backout! Clearly, the aircraft have been rushed to completion and sent to you. Had your staff completed any work on the aircraft after their arrived? The officer was stunned by Jimmy’s statement and asked his assessment of the aircraft. Jimmy noted that he did not answer his question but went on; they are in basic operational condition, far from Mission ready at this moment. Your recommendation, Sir? Contact your Commanding Officer, Now, and have him fly his maintenance staff here, Now! We have enough parts on-hand to support their and our work. Please do it, Now! The Officer stepped out of Jimmy’s office as Jimmy called Julio. Julio listened to Jimmy’s every detailed and asked him to bring all of his staff in, call the FBO and ask who they have and call Beak as there are likely electrical issues that his staff can assist with. I will call Samuel, bye.

Hi Julio, what can I do for you dear friend? Julio was to the point! Clearly this is not your project Samuel as he used Jimmy’s description to define where they are at this moment and what they are doing. Samuel, you know that MY-N will not release any aircraft that is not fully ready for its Mission and we will work to assure that they are but let me know what assets you have available, here. One moment Julio! Samuel was back a few moments later and stated that their Amsterdam General Maintenance staff are on their way. They can at least do the grunt work. I have opened your project number up to support all the work and equipment that needs to be completed, Julio! I will back track on this side, bye. Julio called his Hangar manager and updated her on what is happening and that she should see Jimmy and provide him whatever services /staff he needs to get the project handled, likely computer interface and project service /cost updates, as we will be billing Samuel for a ton of work, equipment and supplier’s work. He and Beak have their project numbers as does the FBO.

Julio called the Marina manager and stated that they need to divert some of the missiles to Amsterdam Hangar to support a project they have. The manager requested that he email him a list and he will have his staff pull what he needs and have it ready when his staff arrived. Jimmy had already pulled the magnesium flares sets out of their C-130J and C-130J-30’s aircraft and their inventory stores, they had just enough to fill each of the Swedish aircraft. The staff from the State Department, Amsterdam facility arrived and Jimmy put them to work following his staff as they finished a project. It was the very early hours of the next day when the Swedish military aircraft landed and their staff entered MY-N Annex Hangar and where quickly placed where they were needed. For the first time, the list on each aircraft began having more items completed than added. Near 6:45 hours early, the Eastbound KLM 747 had landed and was working its way to MY-N Annex as Mary and Julio were waiting for his Parents. The transfer crew were waiting to begin their work and each had a document from Chen as to what was to be placed into each specific Swedish aircraft by tail number. Within an hour they had unloaded the KLM 747 and had begun loading for its trip further East. The Fuel trucks arrived as has the FBO Supply truck and began their work for the KLM aircraft. Mary and Julio enjoy seeing their family again and they all left the Annex to enjoy a mid-Morning, first meal onboard Carlos’ MY-N Switzerland. On the way to the Marina, Julio called his Hangar manger and requested that she obtain the names of each individual that are work on the Sweden C-130J-30’s and their full information so that a Letter of Appreciation can be sent to each, plus their Commanding Officers. He then called Beak and asked if his staff had time to upgrade the Weather Radar screens and software on each of the Swedish aircraft. Beak stated, as a gift, Sir? Yes, Julio answered, and stated bye. Beak just smiled to himself and added it to the very long list of why he loves being here! Mary watched Julio’s Mother smile widely as she listened to her dear Son!

Carlos and Carla met his Parents at the base of the Starboard stairway. They all hugged one another. The warmest and longest hug was Carla and Julio’s mother’s hug. She so loved Carla and is so very happy for her Son to find her. Mary saw the glint in Mother’s eyes and smiled as well. Carlos welcomed his family onboard as they stepped into the Helm to allow everyone to see the many upgrades and also for him to call his Chief. They also met Kendal and Rosa in the Helm. They all headed to the Dining area that was set for their arrival. Chris had not seen so many DYH Amazon in one place since Mary and Julio’s wedding reception. With only a couple of crew members onboard, Chris and his staff kept the Coffee, Tea and Bloody Mary’s coming as Chris announce the choices for mid-morning meal. Carlos was pleased that he had forewarned his Chief of the mid-Morning meal as the choices were clearly 5-Star! The assistant Chief delivered morning cake (Danish) with jams, sour cream and butter available. As she entered the Kitchen, there was not an opening available on the large stove top, as she stepped in the rotation after Chris and the practiced team had the meals filling the hot serving plates as they loaded and began serving. Not a single question was asked as each individual received their plate to their perfection. They had quickly cleared the table as each individual comfortably finish. They next served each, three displayed chocolate mints with white and chocolate cabling accenting the plate and mints. Carlos leaned back as Chris passed and thanked the two of them! Champaign arrived pre-poured and cold as their Father rose to poise a Toast. To Rosa’s surprise /joy her Father’s Toast was clearly delivered /short and with more Love than she had heard in the past. His eye’s teared as he saw before him those he Loved most dearly and thanked each of them for being part of Mama and his Family.

At both the Amsterdam, MY-N Hangar and Annex, the FBO served a special mid-day meal as Julio had requested that each individual that is working on the Swedish aircraft received a meal cooked to their likings, including the building staff. The managers where all smiling as they knew who arranged this meal as FBO staff made certain every individual was invited, including themselves. Julio and family arrived back at the MY-N Hangar a bit after 14:00 hours and received an update from his managers and a request from the Swedish onsite Officer to meet with him. Mary shooed him to his office as the others entered her office. The Swedish Officer was waiting for him and after introduction, thanked Julio for the vast effort his staff are placing into the preparation of their 6-aircraft for this Mission. Julio thanked him but stopped him to ask for more detail on the Mission, while he brought the Ukraine map onto his large screen. First, which airports are you flying into? The Officer answered he was unsure. Julio looked at him knowingly and stated that rather than taking-off in a mass group, I would recommend that you consider flying each of your aircraft into these separate MY-N hangars, be refueled and set for their flight into the Ukraine and return to another MY-N hangar as that would confuse the watching eyes, plus look like a much smaller, separate groups or individual aircraft and with hope, ignored by the missile sites. The Officer looked at the large screen and then at Julio and stated; you know that I am not supposed to say anything to you regarding the Mission, Sir. Julio smiled and said that he was not surprised as he lifted his office phone and called Samuel. Samuel was happy to hear from Julio and asked if they were successful in preparing the aircraft, with Julio answering that they are finishing up the odds and ends as we speak. Julio reviewed his recommendation with Samuel regarding prepositioning each aircraft to different Eastern European MN-Y hangars and vastly reduced the appearance /interest in a single, sizeable group flight in and back out. Outbound they would switch and land at a different MN-Y hangar location. It would look more like normal routed flights. Samuel stated that he liked it and would talk to his contacts, bye. The Swedish Officer was looking at Julio wide-eyed as he asked if that was who he believed him to be? Julio just smiled and said, Sorry, Need to Know!!

Julio’s office phone rang and it was Anna with Samuel on line #8, sir. Thank you, Anna, Hi Samuel what do you have. Long story very short, I have approval for you to arrange a staggered take-off from your Eastern NATO hangars Julio! You have the supplies for the Swedish Airforce’s, six-new C-130J-30 aircraft that are needed by the Ukraine government. Julio asked for an updated project number and Samuel provided it with a promise to back fill the supplies they had provided. Julio called Jimmy and asked him to collect the Swedish Pilots and bring them to my office please and please bring a list of the current status of each aircraft as well, bye. He then called Chen and asked her to provide him a list of what each of the Swedish aircraft have onboard from most important /sensitive and the airport for each, please. He then called Beak and asked him if he had time to prep the pilots on what armaments they have onboard in his office, thanks! Julio noted that Chen sent the document by email as he quickly reviewed it and set it in the line-up for large screen. Jimmy knocked and entered with the Swedish Pilots. Julio called his Hangar manager asked if she could attend, bye. Beak and the Hangar manager entered as Julio introduced himself and his Managers. He then opened his desk and obtained a yellow pad of paper and a pen and sat it in front of the Swedish onsite Officer and asked if he would keep notes.

Julio turned to Jimmy and asked for a ready flight time for each aircraft based on their current status. Jimmy provided the time for the first C-130J-30 aircraft with its tail number. Julio then looked at the Pilots and asked what crew was assigned to that aircraft. The Pilot stood and provided his name. Julio congratulated him and stated you are loaded and you will be flying to, as he set Chen’s list on the screen. You are carrying desperately needed medical supplies. As Jimmy releases your aircraft you will pick-up your flight plan from our Hangar manager and she will provide you where you will fly this afternoon and hold there until the stated time on your flight plan. Be on the runway and ready prior to that time understood? Yes, Sir, the Pilot responded. Julio then, one by one, provided each Pilot with their specific information. Julio than stated; Fly your individual flight plan to its concussion with precision! Fly Safe! Upon completion, he turned the meeting over to Beak to discuss the Armament they each have onboard. Julio noted that the onsite Officer had not written anything down, but his Hangar manager had, as he smiled.

As the meeting concluded, Julio stood and stated: General is there anything you would like to add, Sir? The Swedish General, who had been on the conference phone line, thanked Julio and each of MY-N staff for assuring that their aircraft are fully combat ready and this Mission is now in the Hands of our Lord and Savior! Gentle-Parrots, make-us proud, my young Hero’s! Dismissed! The General asked that his onsite Officer remain behind please. Julio was the last one to leave his office as he stated that the office was now his, Sir, as he closed the door behind himself. In the hallway Julio congratulated his staff on a job well done! He then stated that at the conclusion of their Mission, we will meet to review who, how, what, where and why. Please thank each of your staff and our many support staff and assure that all of them are feed an evening meal before they leave. And, from me, Thank you, dear friends, as you and your staff have assured to the best of our abilities that they will return to their families and loved ones! Please remember to complete the vast amount of paperwork! Julio smiled with a glint in his eyes. A bit less than an hour later the first of the Swedish C-130J-30’s lifted-off. The Far Eastern, Poland MY-N hangar was awaiting the incoming flight and had prepared to set the aircraft inside the hangar as were five-other MY-N hangars along the Eastern edge of NATO defined Europe.

Julio’s family began loading the Transport Bus to the Annual Owners and Skippers Merchant Marine Association Meeting. Dad was being recognized for his accomplishments in obtaining the Right for International Merchant Marine Vessels to protect themselves from pirates, criminal organizations and Nation/States attacking their Vessels at Sea. His daughter, Rosa was also receiving recognition for her efforts as well. Beak and Edward had run several searches regarding the gathering found a couple of Nation /States and Criminal Organizations that had spoke of targeting the event. Three highly likely groups had surfaced with one actively setting-up for a hit. They included the Netherlands’ National and Amsterdam Local Police, and Interpol in the preparations. MY-N security would provide staff onboard, during loading and unloading at both sites and the National and Local Police would cover the roadways with Interpol covering over passes. Julio and Carlos had been briefed and as Julio knew that both Beak and Redvent had full-on, AR 7.62 series, NATO rifles and some number of magazines each, plus their work knives. He knew they had them on their selves but he could not tell. But he did know that above him and Carlos were two-additional AR 7.62s’ for their use. Redvent’s training had been to the point: verify the weapon is ready, aim center mass, fire twice and repeat the last two steps, as needed. The trip to the Venue was uneventful.

Rosa was requested to the podium first with her Father following. Prior to even starting, both received a standing ovation and again as the Speaker introduced both as they received their documents from the Merchant Marine Vessel Owners and Skippers Association. They received yet another stellar, standing ovation with cheers! Rosa was asked to speak first as she provided a short History of Merchant Vessels long providing their own armament for the protection of their Cargo, Crew and Vessels. As she completed with recent Worldwide occurrences of armed individuals not stopping at just stealing the Cargo but murdering the Crew and sinking the Vessels! She turned to her Father and he began with a quick discussion of where International Law was prior to 2020 and the clear need to return to the days-of-old, when Skippers and Owners of the Vessels had the Right to protect their Crew, Vessels, and Cargo and the very first Nation to provide cannons onboard their Vessels was Portugal. To Rosa’s delight, he kept away from a legal discussion and held it to their winning at every Court level in NATO, European Union and North America. Current events had worked in conjunction with the Law to bring approval at every level. He stated that it is very important to understand that each Nation needs to approve the use of Armament on Vessel’s registered in their Nation. Each Nation will have training and/or specific equipment approval requirements. To help each Owner /Skipper understand what is available and what is involved, one of Amsterdam’s leading Marines, is here tonight, to provide their services and their affiliation with MY-N International, Legal Group. He closed in thanking the Officers and Members of their organization for supporting our efforts! Thank you, all! The standing ovation and cheers were near deafening!

As they existed, under the building’s Winter weather covered front, they were quickly escorted to a side door to waiting police SUVs as a gathering of known terrorists had begun setting-up just-off the Airport exit from the highway. Their Bus had been exchanged with one of the National Police group’s unmarked transport buses that had armored plating. Beak had supplied the National and Local Netherlands’ Police with eight-handheld missiles with camera and heat sensors, and a discussion on this group’s normal set-up of a launch site and best place to target them. Remember, always look down range of where you are aiming -- as taking-out Civilians is Not Recommended!! You will see them physical begin the countdown, Do Not Let Them Finish It, Please!! The National and local Police watched as the group began final prep, they were clearly getting updates as to the status of the Bus. They clearly saw the beginning of the final countdown and they did not allow them to finish. Two missiles swept in quickly, as the site began its multiple explosions of that group’s missiles, the police began targeted firing with their AR 7.62 NATO weapons. At the same time, police at the different points along the route eliminated the spotters. Edward had been monitoring the group and provided Interpole the location of the headquarters of this group. Two hand-held missiles and their AR 7.62 NATO rifles eliminated that group. Interpole also raided two remote sites that Edward had located based on his monitoring their Web activity. Those individuals where arrested and an intense /detailed sweep of the two locations and their equipment completed, which resulted in their finding documents regarding three additional attacks that they had been planning.

In the early hours, and much further to the East, the last Swedish C-130J-30 lifted-out of their Ukraine landing site and as they neared FL 1000, their radar defined two ground-to-air launch’s and they were coming in their direction. The system auto-fired the first group, and then, a second group and prepared a third and fourth group of magnesium flares, within moments, their aircraft auto launched two air-to-ground missiles with two additional in readiness. The massive, vast, numerous areas of the explosions was a clear indication that the launch sites had been place far too close to their Ammunition Stores facilities. At least five storage facilities of size had clearly exploded with multiple /additional, large explosion at each facility. The Pilot turned the aircraft over to his co-pilot and began developing their report. Their aft crew member came-in and asked what all the noise was about. Both pilots smiled widely and asked what noise? The crew member smiled and returned to the rear. As their Aircraft obtained FL 3000, and enter the Country they had been assigned, the pilot returned the Armament systems to a stand-by, ready state. The pilot was surprised by just how close to the Ukraine boarder the ‘other’ group had set-up their defensive location, barely two kilometers! Edward was downloading the very early Morning actives of each of the Swedish C-130J-30 aircraft and the extensive damage that last aircraft had completed with their automated retaliation. He also recovered the report that the pilot has sent to his General regarding their actives. Edward had reviewed it and knew that Redvent will be updating MY-N’s, C-130J and C-130J-30 software to include the systems tested this day and Frederick will be sipping his favorite Tequila!

Beak was busy thanking and congratulating the National and Local Police, and Interpol Agents on their excellent work! As they reviewed each of the sites and collected evident. Beak was unhappy about seeing the volume of North America built weapons and equipment as he copied the serial numbers and type of equipment. He would speak to Julio about the constant flow into Europe. Several of the Officers asked about the requirement to fire upon the Terrorists first. Beak stated I understand your position but remember your NATO training from last Fall! You are faced with an opposing force that have much newer and potentially far more lethal armaments than you have. Your last fulfillment date on your equipment is prior to 2005 with some in late 1987 and earlier, they are using 2020 equipment. There were no losses in your ranks tonight. Had you elected to not follow your NATO training, the outcome could have been very different. The reason, we supplied you with surface-to-surface missiles is that your supply has a built date of 1985. At that age, up to half of your systems could have miss-fired. Had they gotten a single missile fired, you tell me what your losses would have been. It is your choice to use your NATO training or not. Tonight, I am very happy you did! Plus, they had clearly began a countdown to their releasing that fury upon Civilians, without a second thought!

What a tale to regale! I was a bit worried about the flight plans being followed to their natural concussions, but the pilots sensibly used their missiles to create the concussions. The best line of all is about both Beak and Redvent wearing their “work knives”. Who needs a “safe room” when you have a “safe bird”? I’m going to build a statue of Beak and a proper niche, and set him to guard over my our home.

The only comments in the morning News were that several propane tank explosions occurred near the Airport, last night, but not on Airport property. No reports of injuries and the Police continue their investigation in that area. An area in which homeless individual common use propane tanks they had stolen from Garden Cabins for heat. Julio noted that Anna was calling him. Good Morning, Anna, what do you have this morning? The Amsterdam, Chief of Police is on line #2, and Sara with Wolf News on line #3, sir. Julio asked her if he could call Sara back after I am completed with the Chief, Anna, thank you, bye. Julio answered the phone with; Yes Sir, what can I do for you this your morning. Good Morning, Julio and thank you for the intelligent reports on last night’s events near the airport, they were very helpful when two of my senior Police Officers’ commenting on the use of excessive force. Julio asked if they had commended on the discussion, they had with his Head of International Security regarding why he had provided your staff and the National Police with MY-N stock handheld, surface-to-surface missiles? No, Julio they did not! Julio stated that he was sending him a copy of that report, now. Julio was checking his emails as the Chief was reviewing the document. He asked Julio what their policy is regarding the age of stock for handheld missiles, without hesitation, Julio stated 10-years for all types, when, we exchange-out with the manufacturer. The Chief thanked him and stated he has staff that he needs to talk to and that he was going to test a few of his missiles, bye. Julio just smiled and called Sara. Hi Julio, busy morning? No, not really Sara, with you? Sara stated that she was reading a report out of the Ukraine, you know anything about that Mission, Julio? Julio stated, not my Mission, nor my aircraft or pilots Sara. Okay, different subject Julio, what is the likelihood that you would bank-roll a like project. You have a description of this Mission, Sara? I will email you a portfolio Julio. Do not get your hopes-up Sara, January’s numbers have been good but still tight and I really do not have the cash-flow to bank-roll a pizza party, let alone a Mission at the moment, bye.

As he sat his office phone down, it rang with Anna on his line. Yes, Anna? Samuel on line #6, Sir. Thanks Anna. Hi Samuel, I was... Samuel cut in asking what he had heard about last night’s Mission in the Ukraine. Julio responded with; he heard that it was successful! Why? Samuel stated that the Big Bear was screaming about an Ammo Storage facility that blew-up last night. Julio asked if it was a portable facility as he had heard that they liked to keep them compact and are prone to such problems. Where did you hear that, Julio? Julio stated that he had told him about the Bear’s portable, canvas, storage time-bombs! Samuel smiled and stated that he recalled saying such a thing. Julio asked if the Big Bear would be admitting that tiny, little, poorly armed Ukraine took-out one of their invincible installations? And Right under their noses? Sounds a bit winey, Julio added. Would likely be a great question to ask them, Samuel? Samuel chuckled and stated that he would handle the State Department stuff and Julio can handle that Corporate CEO stuff! Julio said, bye, Samuel.

Beak and Redvent were reviewing the documentation with Frederick regarding last night’s events and the specific changes that they had made to the smart laptop’s software and component upgrades. Frederick stated he had been considering a half step between GEN V and GEN VI for our many applications that do not need full-on GEN VI abilities. I have put together a parts list and I see that the vast majority of what you had added define what I had compiled. The upgraded GEN V+, smart laptops are a clear advantage for the auto-armament system for our aircraft. I will use both of our upgrades and define new boards for this application. FYI, I really like the upgraded software, that is really helpful for the aircraft systems! Beak stated that Julio had asked him to look at what we are doing and determine if we have raised ourselves above the background and are now spotlighting ourselves, as seen as part of the attempted attack on us last evening in Amsterdam? Frederick was silent for just long enough to have Beak asking if he was there? Frederick stated that he was, only that the thought had him mind searching for a moment there as he had recalled Julio’s warning regarding such a concern in the past. Beak stated that Julio had more than once commented in that regard. Frederick began defining a search with Beak and Redvent suggesting additional points. Frederick set the search for all of Europe and Africa. None of them were prepared for seventeen search results!!

Carla and the Marina manager had completed their review of the work on MY-N Switzerland and found the Vessel ready for Sea in the very early hours of Sunday, which they both knew was the first early minutes of the new day. A few hours prior they had competed the same with MY-N Ranger, but they would be leaving that next Wednesday. By that Saturday, all their Vessels would begin their 2022 voyages. The Marina manager was very happy with the increase in Ship Work resulting from the Ship Owner’s meeting. The only delay in some of those programs was the Vessel’s Country of Resister approving and obtaining the armament. Carlos and Larry had just returned from their review of the changes that the Marina had completed on the Ballast tanks. They were happy with their setting the drains at the very base of the tanks. All three of the 760’s had suffered the same problems with Algae growth. They had also requested the increased piping size and number between the cooling systems and the Hydraulic drives. Carlos’ engineers had proven the advantages of the increased flow with additional hoses. The larger piping will only add to the overall cooling improvement and lower operating pressure.

The Friday morning prior to MY-N Switzerland targeted departure, early Sunday Morning, Carlos received a call from the Harbor Patrol Chief, asking if they could meet this morning with Carla and him, he agreed and they set a time for 9:00 hours as Carlos confirmed it with Carla. Just prior to the appointed hour, two Harbor Patrol ships set alongside MY-N’s Portside. The Chief and three other officers asked to board MY-N as Carlos welcomed them onboard. The Chief was straight to the point, they would like to contract with MY-N Switzerland to provide medical examinations for all their staff. Carlos asked why they are not contracting with a Shore based Medical Group as they likely had ongoing medical needs that arise several times each month. We are, but they will not provide the drug tests screening with the Maritime Documentations, we need. Carlos looked at Carla and added that I am going to guess that our MA is not going to be comfortable providing only a drug test as if I recall correctly that document set requires more depth than just drug screening, as he looked at Carla for comment. Carla stated that Carlos was correct, the Maritime Medical Documentation requires a full-on medical examination. We complete such an examination monthly, with drug screening after leaving each Port on MY-N Switzerland and Eastern and a drug test every 10 days, on MY-N America and Ranger. But Maritime Medical requirement is every other month. Carla stated that she was guessing your contracted Medical Group is uncomfortable with the Maritime Medical Documents, yes? The Chief agreed that was the problem. Understanding that we are scheduled into Amsterdam approximately twice a monthly with a schedule that does vary based on Sea conditions and Shipping demand. She then looked at the Chief and asked if they are complying now? He stated no. How many of your staff are out of compliance, today? The Chief looked at his Medical Officer who answered, twelve, Sir. She looked at Carlos and received an up-to-you, sweetheart, look. Carla stepped to Carlos’ smart laptop and entered her code and put together a cost per staff, once every other month and asked how many individuals? The Chief stated 44. She used the Accounting Software to create a monthly invoice of 22 staff members and provided it to the Chief. The Chief asked if she could complete 6 today and 6 tomorrow? Carla agreed and stated, I am guessing that the four of you is where we start? She received a smile and she stated follow me Chief, you are first.

When Carla opened the Surgery door, she let the Chief in and asked him to remove his chest cover, she than called the Marina Store and placed an order for 22 Maritime Medical Document with drug test kits, bring over what you have now, please. She turned to the Chief and asked how long he had been a smoker, and the truth, please, as she connected the EKG and turned on her large screen. Sir, I asked you to be honest with me, now one more time how many years, Sir. Oh, by the way, there will be a couple of injections and I can use the square needles, so? He looked at her with a surprised look and stated 38 years. How many packs per day, Sir? As she completed the examination, then checked the blood chemicals and chose preformed a chest ultrasound. She was not happy as she requested his permission to share his results with the best Cardio Surgeon in Amsterdam. Moments later she had her friend on the line and his first question was how bad is this one Carla? As he began reviewing the documentation. He came back on the line and stated, install an external defibrillator on him, now please and I am sending an emergency transport to your dock now, bye! Carla called Carlos and stated to send the Medical Officer to Surgery, now please, and prepare to receive an Emergency Transport, Starboard soon, dear heart!

The Medical Officer arrived moments after she had finished her call. He looked at the screen and stated, Good Lord, Sir! The Chief stated, when you get back to base ‘Fire’ Our Medical Group, Now! Carla eased him back and down on the table. Carla gave the Medical Officer Julio’s Business Card and stated: No, Call Our Attorney and have him consider suing them for malpractice, first! She had the Medical Office assist her in placing the exterior defibrillator while she asked him regarding his Chief’s medical condition. His answer did not please her. She provided a very light sedative and watched the reading and began to smile. She put together a Medical File set for the Chief to take with him! She looked at the Chief and stated: Hear me, I will see you after surgery, you are my client and I follow-up! There was a knock on the door and they entered with the gurney and once strapped in place, she provided them the medical file and stated I have installed a surgical IV and provided him a mild sedative, with him currently receiving two heart medications and the saline solution as she hung the set on the gurney tree. Complete your paperwork at the Heart Lab! Go Now, they are waiting to take him into surgery and the head of that group is waiting!!

Julio saw that Carla was calling him as he answered with her talking over him as he eased back and listened to his dear sister. As his Laptop showed her incoming message and document sets and the link to her screen. The screen display answered most all his questions. Carla was clearly mad and he could hear her clearly. After she finished, he asked to speak with the Medical Officer. Please provide me the information regarding the Medical Group that is currently provided Contract Medical Care to your Group and the name and phone number for your Commanding Officer, please. After he had the information, he asked to speak with Carla as he asked her to define the seriousness of her client’s condition and had she not intervened today, what was the likelihood he would have suffered a major cardiovascular event in the near future! He told her not to have the Medical Officer contact that Medical Group, that he would handle that after he spoke to the Harbor Patrol Group, Commanding Officer. Now, dear sister, breath deep and slowly. I am guessing you will need a Services Contract between MY-N International and the Amsterdam Harbor Patrol Group, yes! In a much less stressed voice she stated, yes, bye, sweet brother. She turned to the Medical Officer and asked him to remove his chest cover, please, as she connected the EKG up and turned to the large screen. Nice to see a healthier heart as she was listening to his air sacks (lungs) and stated you are a light smoker, correct. He answered yes. She looked him straight-on and asked why he had zero knowledge of his Chief Officer’s heart condition? As he was stammering for an answer, she listed the four primary visual indicators that he was clearly displaying. She would save her comments for her bother as he would be the perfect individual to deliver that information to their Commanding Officer. A bit later, she had finished with the last crew member for the day and agreed to start tomorrow at the same time. She then left for Hospital to follow-up with her patient.

Julio had finished a Contract based on MY-N International’s MA to provide specific Medical Services and provided the Document to Carla with a copy to Carlos. He then completed several searches regarding the Medical Group that is currently providing services to the Amsterdam Harbor Patrol Group and found that their legal group was headed by a longtime friend from Law School. He called the Commanding Officer of the Harbor Patrol Group and was connected quickly. Julio, old friend, I was wondering when I would receive a call from you to update our systems here. Not today, Sir, but I did see that we need to visit to clean your system and update its software. I will have my staff call your staff. Sounds like a deal Julio. What has you calling me this wonderous day? First, Not sure you are aware yet, but your Harbor Chief is currently at Hospital undergoing extensive Heart Surgery. Our MA on MY-N Switzerland caught the warning signs and the Great News is that the Surgeon is the Best in Amsterdam. But the reason for my call; not surprising, MY-N International is my client and our MA aboard MY-N Switzerland, my dear sister-in-law, states that your Chief had received seriously faulty medical support. Enough that she stated that their lack of care placed your Chief in risk of very serious, debilitating heart failure. Not to overload this discussion, but it seems that your Medical Officer does not know the four major indicators that an individual display’s just prior to heart failure. He also seems to be the liaison between your Group and that Medical Group. I would recommend that you lock his communication gear down and his files and your legal MP’s lock down his housing, laptop and office, Sir. I see a direction you are heading Julio; I am guessing you have documentation to support this, yes? Yes, I do, Sir. What do you want to do, Julio? I would like your verbal approval to represent your Group in approaching this Medical Group’s Legal Representation and attempt to find an out-of-court settlement that saves face for your group, i.e., your Medical Officer, and also provides a financial off-set for the lack of service your group has and is receiving. You should have received the documentation I have on your Medical Officer for your Legal Group. I will provide the additional information after I speak in your behalf with their Legal Counsel. You have it Julio and I will send a document over to attest to that shortly. May our next conversation be more pleasant, bye.

Julio was happy to see that one of his classmates from Law School, now headed the Law Firm, which represented the Medical Group. He called Henry and came quickly to the point as to not conflict a possible case. Henry appreciated the upfront honesty but was not surprised as that was just part of Julio’s persona. Julio stated that he had a document in hand that allowed him to represent the Harbor Patrol Group. Henry asked what could keep this out of the News and Courts? Julio stated we have one Officer that will need detailed and intensive medical care for the rest of his life and an untold number of others that had not received professional care for the last 15-years. My client is not going to simply take some money and walk away! They will want to assure the Medical Group stops all like activities and extensively change in ownership and/or upper management. Not sure I can make that happen, Julio. Henry, we both know what a mess this is and that the Press will love this. That is not a threat, Henry, only a reminder of how sensitive things are here. I understand Julio. I will call you back at this number in about 20 minutes, bye. Julio called the Commanding Officer and updated him on his call. They then completed their talk regarding the Medical Officer and an agreement between his group and MY-N International to provide specific, scheduled, medical services.

Mary entered Julio’s office and asked if he had mid-day meal as of yet. Julio smile and stated that he had not but would love to join her. His phone rang and he say that it was Henry. I need to take this call sweetheart. Hello, Henry, how was your discussion with your Client. Well, it started poorly, but I believe that we can find some kind of centerground here Julio. What do you have Henry? We would like to agree that there may have been problems with questionable service as it seems that their office staff had been providing some services. Who, specifical, Julio asked? I would prefer not to answer that as of yet, Julio. Okay, Henry, their ‘office staff’ examined my clients. Henry stated that he could not say that. Julio stated, I understand Henry, but understand that I have before me the results of a Licensed Professional who is willing to testify that my clients had not been seen by anyone with a valid License at your Client’s Clinic. The most recent serious medical issue was so obvious that a first year Mid-Wife would not have missed it, Henry! Plus, I have a written statement that their Medical Officer had been receiving regular payments in the form of Payroll Checks from your Client. Henry, I’m not going to full disclosure at this point. I would recommend that you meet with your Clients and let them know that there is a well-documented complaint, ready to provide to the Licensing Board. Henry, this is serious and you need to inform them of that reality. Call me late this afternoon, Henry, bye. Julio pushed his chair back as be began to stand as Mary meet him asking what that was all about? When we are in the SUV, sweetheart. Mary smiled at him and stated, we are going out, great! Julio stepped into Anna’s office and stated that Mary and he are stepping out for mid-day meal, bye.

Carlos received a call from the Harbor Patrol Groups, Commander, stating that he had spoken to Julio regarding MY-N International’s MA providing specific, scheduled, Medical services while MY-N Switzerland is in Amsterdam Harbor. I will have that document signed with a Project Number for your MA to charge against prior to your departure tonight. The Commander than stated that he was indebted to Carla for saving his Chief as he understands that things could have been very different had they not been at MY-N Switzerland, today, thank you! Carlos stated that when they are in Amsterdam next, he would greatly appreciate it if the Commander and his dear Wife could join them for a meal onboard MY-N Switzerland. That would be wonderful Carlos. Thank you, and as soon as you have a firm date let us confirm it and a time, bye. The Commander noted he had an incoming call from Julio. What timing Julio, I just concluded a call with your brother, what do you have? Julio reviewed his latest discussions with Henry and that he felt that it was proceeding well. I will let them sit for a couple of days and response to their latest offer. The Commander asked if he was looking for a specific amount of money? Julio stated, no. He was looking for a specific level of awareness of what they had done. From our position, we really do not want to respond with specific requests until Carla has completed the examination of all 44 members of your Group, sir. Keep me updated, Julio, bye.

Carlos requested a crew meeting prior to evening meal for all crew members, which would be just after they had finished loading for their first voyage of the new season. He saw that Chen had assure a full load based on the new configuration. Larry stated that he would want to enter the total weight as we should be slightly heavier than last season. Larry called the Engineers and provided them a tentative departure time and requested that all engines and drive pods be at operating temperature at least two-hour prior. Carlos noted the Taxis arriving at their Starboard stairway and guessed that would be his dear Wife with an update on the Harbor Patrol’s Chief. Carlos noted that the Provisions Ship was arriving on the Portside as he smiled to himself wondering if Carla had provided them a time, she would be onboard as the arrivals were near perfect. Chris met the Provisions Officer at the Port gate as they exchanged greetings with Carla arriving moments later. The Provisions Officer was conversing with Carla while both Vessel’s staff were placing the order onboard. Carla stated that all four MY-N Vessels will be receiving this base medical supply packet for their Surgeries with MY-N Eastern receiving an additional group of medications for afflictions common in the Far East. Both signed the documents as they closed the gates. Moments after they had pulled away, the Holding and Ballast Tank Ship settled in with Larry meeting their Skipper. They elected to complete an all tanks clean and flush and set fresh filtered water into the Ballast tanks. The Fueler would not be alongside until after Evening Meal as his staff had been begging for a Meal onboard MY-N Switzerland.

Henry had confirmed that Legal Representation for the Harbor Patrol Group had been in contact with the National Licensing Board to obtain document sets requesting review of a Medical Clinic. Henry felt a bit silly as Julio has a long history of precision regarding any case he had bought forward. Henry was beginning to believe that his Clients had been playing wide and loose regarding following the operational requirements of a Medical Clinic and that would be a nightmare in both the Courts and the News Media for his Clients. He began putting together a package that he believed that Julio would find suitable. There would be harsh words at the meeting with his Clients at their Clinic this afternoon, because several of them could easily lose their Licenses, if they did not get the message of the dangers of what had transpired at their Clinic. Henry opened the document set regarding requirements for completing Maritime Medical Documents. He was less than half finished when he received a call from the Senior Partner and owner of the Clinic. It seemed that he had contacted his personal Attorney and that Attorney had clearly defined the dangers of this case going to Court and asked what he had found. Henry covered what he had discovered and that it was clear to him that at least two of his Partners where skimming large amounts money from the Clinic from procedures not preformed and… The Senior Partner stopped Henry and asked him to contact their Attorney and find a settlement quickly, please. With several well selected questions Henry was able to determine that the Senior Partner was not involved and agreed to develop a package that he would provide at this afternoon’s meeting at the Clinic.

Henry called Julio and stated that he had talked with the Senior Partner /Owner and stated that in his review two of the Partners had been skimming money from the Clinic and covering it by falsifying documents as part of several contract group. The Senior Partner was not involved and is motivated in finding an amiable settlement, which could include the release of those two Partners. Julio thanked Henry and his diligence. Henry asked if we could complete an agreement, yet today. Julio stated that they could come to several business-based changes, they should enact, but they are still working at completing a detailed medical examination of his clients and to rush that would not be appropriate! Henry agreed. Henry and Julio completed a working document that would assure the continuation of the Clinic, but with extensive changes in Staffing, Management and Procedures with the goal of the Harbor Patrol Group being comfortable in maintaining them as their Medical Care Clinic. Julio stated that clear and targeted changes will help greatly in my clients’ comfort, confirming that others are not exposed to the lack of care they have experienced. Henry stated that he understood Julio’s position and believed that making the changes that are outlined in this working document will move this a long way toward an settlement. Henry and Julio talked about discussion points that Henry could use to develop a win /win document for his Senior Partner /Owner, and his Attorney would be onboard. Julio reminded Henry that until all of his clients had completed a full and detailed medical review including and all testing, Xray, etc. therein required, the finial document cannot be completed.

Carlos watched the Fueler Ship shift away from his Portside. He and Larry double-checked the numbers and their depth and agreed to release water from their ballast tank to assure their target waterline. As the ship’s clock struck Midnight, the Harbor Pilot entered the Helm. They reviewed the new and updated documentation and she signed and dated them as did Carlos and Larry. She also checked the radar and sounded the Vessel’s horn, announcing its departure. She checked the deck and yard crews and found them ready. She signaled them and they released /retrieved the cable rope and positioned them onboard, closing the deck gate behind them. She side-shifted, MY-N away from the dock and once centered in the channel, shifted the joystick forward. Larry noted the time in the Ship’s Log as he took-over the Helm. Carlos asked if he needed anything, said bye, to the Harbor Pilot and left the Helm headed to his quarters. Larry set MY-N to autopilot as the Harbor Pilot left the Helm. At the stairway, she was met by Chris, who provided her with a bakery box, as she smiled and continued down the stairway. As she cleared MY-N and onto her boat, Larry began lifting the stairway and once clear of the Pilot boat, he began ramping-up MY-N’s rate of travel targeting 28 knots. Larry was impressed with the upgraded deck lighting and their placement. Carlos’ choice of asking for the input from the other Vessels provided several excellent choices for change. Using the deck cameras, Larry double check the hatches and found one not fully set as he called the deck crew and provided the specific hatch number. The deck crew switch-out the latch and shut-it. Larry checked the radar when it flashed a Warning Box stating, Collision Alert! He found a North bound ship in the South bound Channel Lane and clearly fighting the South bound Current. Larry hailed the Vessel using its identification Code. The Vessel responded and changed its course, which likely allowed it to increase speed and to save fuel. He confirmed that an early turn to the West was recommended by MY-N’s autopilot and he confirmed the course correction and increased the rate of travel to 38 knots.

Julio had several discussions with Carla regarding the other members of the Harbor Patrol Group and found that as a group was in fair health but, with two individuals having Type II Diabetes, and one has stage three Lung Cancer. None had been treated in any way for their ailments. She had provided prescriptions for the two with Diabetes and set an appointment with a Specialist for the individual with Cancer. As they were already West of the English Channel and headed for North America, she would not complete any additional members of the Harbor Patrol until she returns, mid-end, of the following week as they were on schedule for five roundtrips over the next two months at which point, she would have seen all of them at least once. Julio thanked her and asked to speak with Carlos. Carla switch Julio over to Carlos’ quarters. Julio assured Carlos that MY-N Atlantic was on-schedule when he returns to Amsterdam after their next roundtrip. They furthered spoke of MY-N Atlantic and defining what refinements would best suit their use. Carla kept the drawings updated.

Chester and Jimmy were discussing MY-N Staff at the two Ukraine hangars as Jimmy elected to call Julio and update him regarding the Ukraine staff. Julio listened intently to them and stated that on tomorrows C-130J’s flight, evacuate our MY-N staff in the Ukraine. Julio asked Jimmy to install an additional passenger modular for that aircraft. Julio double checked and verified there were a total of four-individuals per the documents. He told them that he would call the two hangar managers to assure they where ready. Julio told Chester that there would likely be additional individuals joining the exodus. We will work at keeping you updated. But, at the end of the day, it may come down to your choice. Assure that the individual has a current technology Passport issued by a Western European (NATO) or North America County and to slide the passport under your code reader on your phone. Any question, they stay begin, am I clear? Julio stated he would be back with them mid-afternoon. Julio called his CFO, Mary and his Hangar manager and asked them to meet him in his office ASAP, please. Julio called Samuel and told him that MY-N will be pulling their staff, out of the Ukraine, tomorrow, which could be six to eight individuals and does he have any staff they want to evacuate? Samuel asked how many seats? Julio stated 12-open seats. Samuel stated that he would call him back-shortly. All three ladies arrived as Julio updated them regard the evacuate of their MY-N, Ukraine staff tomorrow and his offer to Samuel. He stated he would call the managers and set things in motion.

It had been a long night for Beak as he had completed the detailed documents regarding the Terrorists Group that was targeting Julio and My-N International. Although they were not officially linked to any Nation /State, it was well understood who that Group worked with, a very large Far Eastern Nation /State, as they are receiving funding and planned Missions from them. Julio had been happy that Priscilla had not elected to involve China as part of her growth and plans in this region. Beak had filled in the blank spaces between that group and other independent Groups. One of which was the group that had attempted the actual attack on Amsterdam and their Hamburg, Germany hangars, plus the most recent attack. Beak had determined that we had been a bit too comfortable that no one was watching us. Beak’s review of the recent attacks on MY-N and their links showed clearly, Southeastern Africa was involved, but the money and planning was connected to the Far East Source. As he continued his search, he had found a location site of the contract, money exchange and planning. He was able to tie it down to a specific location and address. With a bit of additional searching, he found several phone lines and also a data line. With a non-MY-N laptop at a coffee shop in Old Town, he connected with the Server at that location. The Server was older and clearly a decoy, as it was just too simple to connect. Using tactics common with a run-of-the-mill hacker, he nosed around a bit, but just enough to confirm his classification of the Server.

Beak elected to discuss his findings with Julio, who recommended a conference call with Frederick. As Beak provided his Findings, Julio was clearly angry, and it was clear that he wanted to complete a reenactment of the prior week’s elimination of those that had flown in on that Humanitarian Mission. Frederick stated that would be precisely what the Financers of the Operations would want -- a clear connection and grounds for a full-out attack with their Military’s involvement. Julio made a mental note and at the same time switched to his thinking to his Legal vantage point. Julio asked Frederick regarding any trick software he may have that could secret their viewing of that location’s Server(s)? Frederick stated that he did and that he had just completed a review of the findings at the Headquarters for the last attack and the connection codes their Server was using. He also stated that Server was at Interpole Amsterdam’s field office and connected using its original internet carrier’s links. Time was likely on their side as they commonly connected to their Source today and at about this time. They let Interpole and interpole staff connect with the Source. Not surprising to Beak, the location was totally different and required the use of Fredericks software to masterfully slide between the numerous blocks and safeguards.

The information found at the Source location was poorly controlled as they truly believed that their Access Controls could not be broken. It appeared that there was only one individual onsite and she was busy taking the information regarding the recent Mission. The individual was clearly not happy as she had totally focused on her discussion and not the connects that the other Interpole staff were finding and copying. While she was cursing at the individual providing the report, the other Interpole staff was able to gather everything from the Server. As he pulled slowly-out avoiding setting-off any of the blocks and safeguards, the individual at the Source stated that their Field Officer would be contacting them shortly with another Mission. Within the quarter-hour that followed there was a large explosion and fire at the now empty site. The timing had Julio asking Interpole to take great care on investigating the site as the timing of the explosion implied preconfigured, onsite, explosives and it was a wonder that they had not set it off earlier. Julio suggested a News Release regarding a fire with an explosion at that location and the Fire Officers were busy extinguishing the fire. Moments later they caught an outgoing message from the Source. Frederick and Beak would search where it was sent using its message codes later as to not call attention of either the sender or the recipient.

As the C-130J was in finial preparations, Chester received the list from Julio regarding those who were schedule to return from the two-Ukraine, MY-N hangars. He noted a total 12-State Department Staff and eight-MY-N hangar staff split equally between the two hangars. They had stopped in Austria as part of their normal route and exchanged aircraft cargo contains and were on their way to Poland and then on to Ukraine to drop-off additional support items and to pick-up passengers. Although they had prepared for an attack, there had been none, on the way in. The clearing of the passenger’s passports was also without any issues. As they continued to the Northwest, and just before leaving Ukraine air space, they were spotlighted by a Launch Site and one missile had been fired but exposed within moments after launch. They elected to note it and its location so that the ground forces could investigate the location. From their Starboard side, they saw a ground explosion of size with multiple with additional explosions, beyond the Ukraine’s Northern Border. They noted its location, estimated distance, time and also included that as part of their notes.

MY-N Eastern was just entering the Suez Canal, yet again having lost another full day sitting in the clue waiting as there had likely been another boarding in the group waiting to enter from the South end. Hence, the US War Ships entering from the North having been brought to the entrance, first. And they would likely lose another full day on the other side weaving though the ships waiting at that end. The First Mate had turned-on the Automated Defense System, once they had left the Suez Canal area, which included both missile systems and the multi-barreled, 50 caliber machine guns. Beak had been onboard just prior to their leaving to activate the systems and train the engineers and Helm staff on their use and the deck staff on cleaning. His warning to the deck staff really had them intent on assuring that those systems where prefect as he stated: They will assure that you can go home to your families. He had also enhanced the Server, Duo, Gen V series and its software and the Helm staff watched their systems preform even faster with more precision than before. He had also switched the Armament to Server #1 and the other systems to Server #2. Prior to leaving, he upgraded the Helm stations to switch to Automated Helm Control, if the Machines Guns are activated. That feature allows the crew to target their attention on what had activated the Defense, Machine Guns.

Interpole would likely spend weeks reviewing the documentation, but MY-N staff would make much shorter work of the vast information as they were searching for specific Missions released and others awaiting release with specific targets and upon completion, they would widen their search. At this point, Frederick had sequestered his software as Interpole had not yet completed a final agreement signing in obtaining MY-N Server and Software package upgrades. During the connection, Frederick had a clear view of the Source’s Server and was busy reviewing the components, board layout and their purchasing sources. With great relief he found no, MY-N configurations, components or methods. What he found was a vast amount of British hardware and their hard work. The group elected to call Samuel as they said their goodbyes to the Interpole group. Samuel noted the incoming secured conference call from MY-N, he was happy that it was their ‘Dream Team’ as he had questions. My-N staff started first, as they provided him their findings, as his list of questions diminished greatly while his to-do list grew exponentially, including a call to his counterpart in England. Samuel stated that he would guess that they wanted his approval for a counterattack but was surprised as they were more interested in sliding further into the background with their day-to-day activities being even more covert. He thanked them for the information and smiled to himself as he left the conference call. Once Samuel was gone, Julio asked what changes they need for their Search Software and what additional work we need to include as far as future plans. Julio also brought the group’s attention to the upcoming Missions that the Source had defined and that three of them targeted MY-N Facilities, Staff or Assets.
