Ziggy is coming to live with us!!

In three days, Ziggy is going to be making his journey from the east coast to our home! Our family feels so blessed that Ziggy's owner feels strongly enough about our family being the right one for her beloved baby that she's so selflessly rehoming him to us. I am thankful, honored, and beyond appreciative!

His cage is purchased, and we are busy making preparations for our new baby's arrival. We can't wait to shower Ziggy with our love!

This has been an extremely difficult decision for Ziggy's mom, and my heart breaks, just knowing how difficult it's going to be for her to say good-bye to her baby boy.

Please know that we will love, cherish, and spoil Ziggy. Looking forward to welcoming him into our family very soon!

My emotions are mixed right now. On the one hand I'm extremely excited to be welcoming him into our flock, yet on the other hand I'm tearful whenever I envision how unbelievably difficult it will be for her to let go of something she loves and cherishes so dearly.
