She is really beautiful! She must be sweet for you to be able to get a harness on her!
My Solomon girl likes one area of her cage more and all of mine love playing, shredding and tossing toys on the bottom of the cage. It means that I have to keep the grate super clean but I love watching them. That scratching your gal is doing is a breeding thing where she would be doing that in a nest, clearing a spot. As your girl gets older this may or may not become a stronger urge and they can get testy when they are "nesting". The really great thing about eclectus is that most times they go back to their sweet selves once the hormones are in check.
