When is the bast part of the day to teach him stuff?
He seems quite excitable in the late afternoon. is this a good time to make him concentrate?
What is a good trick to start us off?
what should he be able to learn easily?
Here is Debbie with our 11 week old Corella, 7 days after 1st human contact.

Beautiful picture I love the way they are both looking at each other. I think they are both smitten with each other. You'd better watch it or you'll be sleeping in that lovely cage. :D

You can teach them almost anything but the ideal time to teach them is when they are calm and not to excitable. Only do it for short periods of time or he will get bored with it. Have you thought of clicker training. As skippah loves that seed it should be quite quick for him to associate the click with getting the seed.

It shows just how easy clicker training can be.

Oh yeah, seeing is definately far better than trying to read about it. Glad it helped.
