In Alex's is the female more aggressive overall, inc breeding season, or the male and which would you prefer, I know every parrot is different but I want an overall perspective. Thankyou!!:32:

I'd have to say my female is far more antsy than the male. FAR more antsy! She gets cage aggressive and has staked out various areas of the cage that Belong to her and her alone. Poor Barney doesn't get a look-in on the boing, for example! He's visibly larger than Madgie but hasn't got a hope of ruling the roost! LOL!

If you're asking my advice, I'd say go for a boy, simply because they get the sexy black band and look so darned dignified. :)
