Please, Kiwi. And while we are at it, WHY, Kiwi?
Is it because they are painted blue? If I take the paint off will the offerings cease?
Since Kiwi isn't talking, only regurgitating( which worries me for his digestive health) maybe one of you can suggest some answers.

He just loves your toes! :D
Is it a controlled regurg? (not hacking, flicking it everywhere, etc).
If it is, it's just a display of affection, he's trying to feed your feet. Probably best to distract him with a toy or something when he does it, so that he doesn't get possessive of his "mate" or get mad and bite your feet when they don't lay eggs for him

Maybe wear socks in the meantime?

Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
It's actually pretty normal. I have three that do this all the time.

We don't know why. They just do.

1 BFA- Kiwi. Hatch circa 98', forever home with us Dec. 08'
Ah, the joys of owning a parrot:D And the terrible thing is, since it is a sign of their love to offer up their dinner for you;), there no clear answer on what to do about it! But know, you do not suffer alone. We all have to deal with that special body part/somewhere we'd rather them not:rolleyes:

Our Kiwi does not like to regurgitate on toes (though he will preen them whenever he gets a chance), but he will regurgitate on our pillows:( and thus cannot be allowed on the bed.

well, it's nice to know at my age i can still turn SOMEONE on!

I love being loved by my zon. yeah that's part of parrot love, especially from the boys. It's part of the bonding process and he's trying to show you he can feed you when your setting eggs,LOL. It's like when he tries have sex with you, distract him with another bonding process like preening. Don't punish him, try and distract him with another acceptable behavior . If you don't make a "big deal" of it , it will fade with time.Congrats on being the "chosen one". Like i said , it's great being loved by your zon.
