Ok, weird question. I went to see a blue headed pionus a few min's from my house and got to play with "him" (they are calling it a him, but hasn't been sexed). Anyway, it is supposed to be about 3 years old. When I got there, it stepped right away and bent his head down for scritches. He then decided to regurgitate for me. According to his owners of 3 months, he's never done that before. He also let me play with his beak and roll him onto his back in my hand.

Has anyone had a bird they'd never seen/interacted with before behave so very friendly??

Wow. I'd say that's quite unusual! If you want to know what I think that means... It means you need to take him home :D. Some birds just KNOW who they like (or love)! I haven't experienced the love at first sight from a bird, but I've heard of it happening to people before. Go ahead, add a BHP to your Pi collection ;).
