Toshae- Cockatoo

Bonca- Male Ekkie
So one of my parakeets will not stop regurgitating..

In better detail, she will go through about two 10 minute periods every other day where she will just regurgitate for no apparent reason? Otherwise she's eating plenty, she is definatley not lethargic (She flys out of her cage and all over the place whenever she wants and very often), poops look fine.. So I'm completley stumped on why she's doing this. Any insight, anyone???

She's smitten.....many companion parrots simply don't observe gender specificity.....

Birds regurgitate as a sign they love and care about you. They are literally trying to offer to make you dinner! Kind of nasty, but it's how they show affection. There's nothing wrong with your bird.

is she single? or is she in a pair?? i think 10 mins is a long time!
and also you'll have to check carefully to make sure there's seed and not only liquid. that could be really really bad, as far as i know
