For past 3 month I thought Oliver was a boy, when my bird turn 4 months old her cere start to change and confuse me all over the place. So then I said that it,it is a girl. It's wonderful when we get picked by our birds. I think it gets the relationship off to a great start:)

Yes it is and doing wonderful getting my hand. Now I can not pet her. Because I want to look closer at her care. So I grab her lightly and she did not like that. So my q is do know what age my parakeet Olivia have to be to get her wings clip a little bit. She will be able to fly still. Just short fly not high. Because it would probably be able to train her easier. What do you think and I will let them grow back.

You just want to make sure she has learned to fly before getting her wings clipped.

It takes time to earn their trust, it will help to just sit by her and talk to her. You can try giving her little treats as well, so she will get used to your hand being close to her.
She's a beautiful little girl and will be tame before you know it with a little work:)

She fly very well, she fly all over the place. She so cute. She does let me in the cage and say step up. She know that. Now I need to teach her that touch and grab will not hurt her.
