As an Amazon Snob, it is common for me to see larger body movement than would be common with your guys.

Your Parrot appears to be panting, a series of short breaths more like grabbing for air with the beak open. BUT, the normal rapid chest movement and/or tail pumping doesn't seem to accompany the breathing. Take a very close look to verify if either of both are in fact there. In addition, wing droop and/or being held slightly open is not there as well.

Regrading heat. The same points one would see with an illness can be seen when a Parrot is over-heated.

So, I not sure.

Just a wild guess, use a fan to create some air movement?

RIP Gandalf and Big Bird, you are missed.
Not sure what is happening, there is a repeated clicking sound - think that is beak tapping noise? Can you verify it is not breathing "clicking" which is a sign of lung distress and possibly infection.

Is this behavior new, and if so for how long? Some birds engage in repetitive behaviors that are habits, not signs of illness. Have you seen the lab results, compare them with normal levels?
