My cockatiel ate out of my hand for the first time! I just fed him some millet from between the bars. I just wanted to share because I'm so happy!

Thanks yall! The towel and the light worked great! Made sure he could see me and realize that I was the one making all the noise and stuff. He spent a good 10-15 minutes grinding his beak a little before actually falling into that cute little puffball sleep that cockatiels do
