And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
The little guy was in his house, with the door open, and I was paying bills online. I went into the living room and sat on the floor next to his condo and just quietly started to talk to him, asking him why he hasn't eaten anything, and pointing out to him his pellet bowl, teil mix and his mash bowl and water.
I said to him "you gotta eat SOMETHING" so I got up and cut off a small portion of millet spray. I put my hand inside and he went to town on the millet! Just a small piece..prolly took a dozen or so munches from it,but he was eating! :35: :p
I feel so much better now, knowing he has something in his tummy.

Amazing! :) He just came home so he may still be adjusting. Soon he will realize how lucky he is to have a variety of foods to munch on! Good luck. :D

Sounds like he's settling in almost nicely and is comfortable. He's adjusting. It's good he filled his tiel tummy with some food.
