A crossover Quaker Scuti (F), A Sun conure named AC, A Cinnamon Green Cheek conure Kent, and 6 budgies, Scuti Jr. (f), yellow (m), clark Jr. (m), Dot (f), Zebra(f), Machine (m).
I kind of sort of think male, the head is kind of flat and the red spots pop....male cockatiels have those two characteristics females more mellow cheeks.....but theres a 51% chance I'm wrong.

I just did a bit of reading, apparently the facial mask in lutinos are just like in normal Greys. A full bright yellow facial mask means Male, a partial facial mask means female.
