I have had the feeling Maui prefers to be with the other birds in our flock than with me, yesterday he proved it lol.
I had Maui in the bedroom for some one on one time. He decided to walk into the bathroom and look around. While in there he heard April and Zuri talking. He perks up listens for a second. Marches out of the bathroom into the bedroom, stops for just a second looks at me, I call him over and he then marches out toward the others! I start to follow and he stops picks one foot up and says step up, and wanted me to carry him to them. Many times when I have him in another room and he hears them he will get excited and want to go back but this is the first time he has just left. haha!
