Pretty sure it'll be weeks before I can hear properly again :p


On another note though, I am now completely fascinated and in love with Palm Cockatoos!

Palm 'toos are fascinating birds. I've known one, owned by a friend. A beautiful creature! Friendly, funny, and big! Also, very attached to his guardian, in that overly possessive Cockatoo way. And could be noisy at times. There is one at a zoo near here, that I visit whenever I can. I also met one at a bird show that was also friendly. I hear that as 'toos go, they are not as intense as other 'toos can be.

I'd heard of Palm Cockatoos and seen pics of them before but have never seen one in real life or known much about them! I'm now hooked and can't stop reading about them. Absolutely amazing creatures!
