before I took justine home there was another customer who also played with her when I was there. Now when I take her to the store on the weekends she is scared of that person. Sunday when I had her on my shoulder I offered her a treat, she came down my arm for the treat but the other customer was there so she ran back up and behind my neck scared. The other customer offered the tread and it took a little bit for here to come down and grab it but once she grabbed it she ran back up my shoulder.

Thoughts? Suggestions to get her used to more people. She is very close to my, my parents, my aunt but not my roommate nor other people who she was ok with before.

Scared? Or just super bonded to certain people?

One is an actual fear reaction, the other is more an "I don't wanna, I'm staying with you."

I am not sure, when she runs away from someone she does not put her crest up so I assume she is scared. If she is pissed she will put up her crest an snap at the person trying to get close to her .

Hi and just an idea regarding her behaviour. Is it possible that she associates this person with a time before she had her happy forever home with you and your family and is afraid she has to go back? Maybe with lots of reassurance and a few trips replaying this scene she will accept she has her forever home and isn't going anywhere?

Yep. That is definitely a possiblilty...

And that would set off a "clingy bird" reaction to step up.

that could be correct. I did have to board her during the thanksgiving weeks because I was out of town. I asked the workers to take her out and play with her /interact with her. they said she was scared to come out of the cage. Maybe that could be it.
