He looks good. I wonder does he remember his messy old cage. I am glad you rescued him.

I hope he doesn't remember it , he has new perches , new toys and good food now and I make sure to give him tons of attention

he says Tiger now and does a low growl lol and he does a raspberry lol , he says a lot of stuff but it's real low and you can't understand him maybe in time he will get louder like Rocky lol
