He is very very sweet, not so calm these days though, lol, not when he's feeling ALIVE and REFRESHED!! He's ALL OVER THE PLACE, chattering flapping talking (baby talk of course) He's awesome, thanks cowtown!

Aww, I love how you've added the Rosellas to your list of flock!! Believe it or not, the VERY first morning without Sampson and Delilah, my whole family was a little down, we missed hearing Sams chattering, we all really adored him, I know he'll be so very loved, just like he was here. I almost lost it when I was saying goodbye to them once we transferred them into the travel cage, thankfully, I held it together so you didn't see me crying like a baby I get very attached to these fids, but I do know whats best for them. Thank you Bob, I know you'll take great care of them!!!

He LOVES to flap those wings, in fact, he took his first flight yesterday, but took a HUGE flight today, first from me to his outside cage and then once in the house he flew from me to the top of the curtain rod!!!! Oh Boy the fun begins now, he gets more and more confident each time he takes a little leap of faith. I LOVE to watch him fly,I just think he's so beautiful in flight!!

I don't know how you guys all do it with more than one parrot, Maui is SO demanding and takes pretty much all my time (which I love) But I would be afraid I wouldn't have enough love to go around, which I know isn't true since I had 3 children and I seemed to love each of them all the same, even with the new fid in town

I bet you do love them all to pieces, I had contemplated getting 2 babies at a time, now, not so much, not until Maui is MUCH more independent, and.... maybe never, who knows.
