I was recently given a sun conure and have some questions about his behaviour...
I noticed with me and not my wife he will open his mount and knock or tap his beak on my hand or finger repeately. Kinda reminds me of a wood pecker when he or she does this. I dont see it as agressive at all as he has really taken to me. He is very cuddly and ive noticed he will make a point to rub him self all over me (slides around instead of walking) and some other weird behaviour.
Right now i take it as a showing of affection in some way but if anyone else has seen this please let me know.
