Stimulation while away

What do you do for stimulation for your bird while you're at work during the day? I leave the TV on for Iago and sometimes I switch it up to a jazz or classical radio station. I was just wondering what others do.

I leave either itunes or the radio on for Rosie, she can also see out my window and will watch birds on the tree outside, and I have 2 aquariums in my room she can look at.

When I know I'm going to be gone for the majority of the day I put more foraging toys in her cage and will add eucalyptus branches,
