Yellow-sided Green Cheek Conure - Tiki, Green Cheek Conure - Dexter
I just realized that I was a servant. Tiki perches on my arm or chest most of the day and when I wanted to see if she would like a slice of tangerine, I had to hold it for her to eat because she kept running back to my arm when I tried to put her down near the plate. So when I hit about 15 minutes of holding a slice of tangerine for my little one I realized I might be insane and/or a servant. I was covered in orange squishy junk and sticky juice.... and I didnt care.

No no you are not insane ......
Covered in orange squishy juice.... and you didn't care LoL
You have just qualified to be a part in the birdie world.
Tiki has it all worked out YOU ARE THE SERVANT NOT INSANE AT ALL
Mishka my AG loves yoghurt. Sure she enjoys gulping it down, off a spoon.
BUT I am sure she enjoys sharking her head, side to side, seeing how far she can spray it.
Guess who has to clean up afterwards
The Servant
Take care

Tumbala - sun conure
Stacye...we are all a little insane. It's ok. I am a chew toy for my Sun conure. I have old scrub tops that I wear when he is on me because he just loves to chew them up. But the silly bird doesn't want them cut up and hanging in his cage to chew on...he won't even touch them. Only if it's on me. And if I'm wearing a bra he will crawl inside my shirt to chew on it. He's naughy! LOL. Also my husband is his transportation. If he want's to get from the cage to Mommy then my husband gets up and brings him. Even though his wings are clipped, he can still fly a little distance and has when he didn't get what he wanted. But he would rather we just carried him from place to place. He was like that even before he got his wings clipped. And we just keep giving him what he wants. He's spoiled and we are insane. ;) :orange:

Stayce, I agree with everyone else here, to be a conure owner you have to be a little "off" in the mind (if you get my drift) ... we are all servants to our birds, and there isn't anything we can do about it. *LOL*
