So this morning... I was going crazy waiting for the vet app (everything is fine with Tiki btw 
Vet said she was beautiful and healthy!) so I decided to teach Tiki to forage since she didn't seem to know how.
I started by buying one of those rubbermaid containers like you would feed a big baby bird in and a puzzle. I put in a seed and nut mix and then covered it with puzzle pieces as well as some shredded Kleenex.
After a few minutes of moving puzzle pieces around and showing Tiki that there were treats to be had she caught on.... Success! The first hour of peace I've had with her playing by herself since I got her. I'm seriously going to study up on parrot enrichment and foraging... this independent Tiki is very likable!
