Dusky Headed Conure-Tango
Hey guys!

I have not updated you guys in so long, and so much has happen. After Tango went to the vet the store and I found out that he might have possible renal dysfunction, an on going bacterial infection and a possible cancerous tumor.

After about two weeks we got his levels back and he did not have renal dysfunction. The cytology report came back and the tumor was benign. And now he's only fighting a bacterial infection. I finally took him home last Monday. He's been with me for a week already and he's looking alot better. He still has a couple of stress bars on his feathers but other than that he's a totally different bird. He is much happier and is tryin more fruits and veggies. He is on harrisons and zupreem now, I'm trying to get him completely on harrisons.:green2:

Harrisons is excellent food for birds. When I first fed them to Rosie she just ate a few. Now - - she can't get enough. I do measure though so she has room left for the fresh stuff.

glad to hear your good story. There is nothing worse then when one of our birds is ill.
