10 year old male Love Bird- deceased
6 year old female Blue Crowned Conure
3 year old female Alexandrine
1 year old female Cherry Headed Conure
I have a 6 year old female Blue Crowned Conure ( that I adopted a year ago ) and a 1 year old female Cherry Headed Conure that ( that I adopted 4 months ago ). From the start the Cherry was much more interested in the Blue than me and she has been working hard to make best friends with the Blue. She gets as close as she can and follows the Blue everywhere - she does everything in her Birdie power to be charming- well last night it looks like all her efforts paid off - my Blue let her share her " Happy Hut"!! I went in to cover the cage and I only saw one bird in the cage ( her tail was sticking out the sleeping happy hut )...on searching the cage I saw another tail sticking out of the other side of the hut!! They were sleeping together head to head...is that too cute or what!!
