So it turns out Nibblers issues with being crazy bitey and irritable are in fact hormonal bc i caught him humping a cardboard tube as well as snuggling it constantly when on top of his cage.

I can't get search to work while mobile, can anyone advise me on how to get him calmed down? Or just let ne know if i just have to wait it out :p

He gets Roudybush pellets and fresh fruit every day: mangoes, apples, kiwi, strawberry, pinapple/ as well as fresh peas but he won't eat any other fresh veg.

I have more ideas about mixing veggies in if i can make my own pellets though so any tips appreciated on that too.

For us, the biggestfix as regulating light. Ever since the Rickeybird hit sexual maturity at about 3-4 years of age, I've had to manage his hormones!
If kept on too steady a long day, and too much light, he stayed "in the mood" (aggressive, even louder than usual, pleasuring himself on my neck ) year round. If I keep him on a natural light schedule... up with dawn, down with dusk, year around, and he's only a little monster rooster from July to September). He has his own room, so I can do that easily.

For mushy foods, i do feed fresh mango and kiwi often, do these count as something that should be removed?

those should be okay, but they're very sugary so I would cut down a little. It's more so warm foods that are the issue. I would also say to try making them forage for food, be it even just putting a little bit of paper over the food bowl so they have to tear it off to get at the food
