Well I’ve admired everyone’s pak-o-birds forever so finally ordered one and it arrived today. Bindi is my one who loves to try everything, so I put it together and stuck her in it. Thankfully it was a lovely day out - we went for a walk around the property to give it a test drive. She had a blast! We have tons of outside birds, she yelled and laughed and yelled and laughed. After she was done scaring all the ducks off the pond, I set her down and took a picture since she was looking so pleased with herself :)

Ahhh so beautiful the pics look like advertising! Are you happy with it? Would you change anything in the design? Do you feel it's secure? I would love to have one!!! $$$ what a wonderful best to spend time with your feathered friends! :) :) :)!

So far I can say that it feels secure, was easy to assemble, and I can’t see anything that I would change yet. All of my birds have regular carriers that I use to take them places, but I thought I would splurge on one of these for taking them outside “just for fun”. We have several acres and I’ve often wanted to take the birds outside with me and their metal carriers just aren’t easy to carry around the yard with you. This seems to work well and I’ll probably try taking her other places and see how she does - I did put vet wrap on the perch since Bindi fell off while walking around the house (she’s not used to the extra movement from being on my back), but that totally resolved the falling off issue. I love it so far!

That is the same one I have for Pampa. Pampa loves going on walks with the dogs. When people comment I say, of course I bring Pampa, they are all part of the flock.

Hi Jen. They are well made, right? I watched at the factory where they assembled mine. It is a really well thought out product and everywhere I could think of to put a hook or latch, there was one already. Did you know that it unzippers to lie completely flat for cleaning? We use it a lot for car trips, with a couple of cardboard boxes under it, since Salty likes to look outside the windows. Use it in good health with your flock!

They are incredibly well thought out, there is latches and metal loops everywhere on that thing! Mine shipped to me completely flat, so I definitely noted that it will be easier to clean when its totally unzipped. I store all their carrying devices assembled in case I ever need to move birds in a hurry (much to my husband’s chagrin - I have 5 birds). I’m looking forward to trying it in the car too - maybe we’ll go for a drive tomorrow :)

Which size have you ordered for Bindi? Is it the stainless steel mesh variant?
Great photos, Bindi is an excellent model!

This one is a small, and it seems to be a good size for conures. There’s enough room for Baby and Tango to go in it together (sun & gcc), but they are very close and prefer to travel together in any carrier. It is stainless steel mesh :)
