Good start. Try to notice what type of toys he likes best and add more in that vein. Also food and water, or leave his cage door open so he can get to them. Salty has about 7-8 fav chew toys, so I stock up on them every time i buy supplies. He can destroy a $10 chew toy in a single day, when he is in the mood. If your using the qick links that come with most toys, make sure that the link is securely closed, as a daily check. They can come loose and then they are a danger. Also make sure the big end is at the bottom, since the small end can trap parrot feets. Bells should be stainless steel with clappers that are secure so strong little beaks cant rip them out.

Thank you for your input, it's very appriciated. He's not one for chewing his toys in his cage so I figured I would try them on his perch, so we shall see!

That’s nice! Besides the links being upside down, they are the wrong style! It can slip behind a parrot’s beak and hang him! My first time ever handling a parrot was to save him from this situation! My friend was panicking and her parrot was dying! The hardware stores sell heavy plastic chain, you can cut a link and use that for a hanger!
Are those round bells the Christmas type with slots on the sides? Easy way to loose toes!

I will be removing the bells and I'll be replacing the hangers with other things when I'm able to leave the house
