Re: What type of rope

you can buy some online at windycityparrot.com or you can use your own cotton rope in any craft store. Sizle type rope is also good. Rope, Leather & Rawhide: WindyCityParrot.com, Bird Food, Parrot Food, Parrot Cages,Bird Cages, Aviaries, Bird Toys

Re: What type of rope

Most home improvement stores also have sisel rope, but make sure it hasn't been treated in any way. Cotton rope is good too, but I've had a hard time finding it.

Re: What type of rope

I would not buy sisel rope from a hardware store. i did and started to make a net with it. Then after I had made the net I looked at the wrapper it was in. It was all discolored from were it had touched the rope.

I bought a bunch of rope from here - Knot And Rope Supply Ltd. It is perfect. It had nothing on it and works great. Plus it is really cheap. I bought 200 ft of rope for $25 shipped.
