Hi guys and gals,
As I mentioned I have a range of different birds in my living area and myself and my partner try to SPREAD THE LOVE equally.
This story goes to show how calculated a Ekkie can be.
I had Franko (IRN) and Jabba (Lorikeet) giving them some shoulder time while Caesar was eating his morning meal. I thought he was occupied with eating. obviously this wasn't the case.
Anyway about a hour after I put the birds back I thought óh they will be right while I run the rubbish out!!! . By the time I had got back Caeser had
my jabba cornered in his cage and when he saw me lached onto jabbas neck. It was like he was waiting for me to return. To show me what would happen if I showed any other birds attention.
That was a trip to the vet. Poor jabba had a few stiches and is in the vets till this after noon.
I thought to myself ,,,He must of been sitting there thinking and waiting for the right time to strike.:green2:
