My bird flew out of the cage and hit against the wall. When I got him back in the cage I noticed there was some blood on his beak. Now I know you will all tell me to take him to the vet but I don't have an avian vet anywhere near me. If anyone could tell me anyway to help him I would really appreciate it. Its dry now to and it doesn't look like he is bleeding anymore.

Looks to me he has a slight bloody nose. Keep an eye on him. Keep him quiet and if he is ok by morning I'd say it's all good. Too bad there's no avian vet nearby.
Like Lea mentioned, looks like a bloody nose, aka split cere & should heal by itself, though you might want to keep the bird in its cage until it is more comfortable with its new surroundings, if this is a new bird or take it to a smaller room to work with/train it if it is just a skittish bird.....
Not knowing where a person might be, it's sort of like a reflexive action for the members around here to suggest/recommend taking a bird to an avian vet for examination.....

a while ago (more than 6 mo) my little budgie who was about 6 weeks old at that time, did the same thing, and he even cracked his cere a bit. he didn't bleed that much though. he is completely fine - he healed very quickly and never had a problem with that. I'd rub some neosporin on his beak.
Best to use the Neosporin cream, rather than the ointment as the ointment is a petroleum based product.....

Weco is right. Mango had a similar problem when he was younger. There will be a slight deformation, but it should grow out. Will take several months.
