blood or beet juice

I went to go say hi to Lincoln and he let loose a fat poop. which was very red. now he's chop rn is very colorful from the beets I put in but he's been on it for awhile and this is the first time his poop has been this color. I took samples just encade, what do you guys think?

Beer juice. IMHO. Everytime I give Levi beets or cherries his stool looks like that.
I'd say blood if you didn't give him/her anything reddish.

I would be inclined to say from the beets, but if he's been eating beets for awhile, I might venture to the CAV for an opinion. Man, thats really red!

This has happened to me and it's terrifying.

I would take him off the red food just to see if it goes back to normal. If no red food turns to no red poop, then you can relax :)

alright, thankfully i have a bag of chop that got lost somewhere in the freezer and was never used, will give that to him since it has no red in it.

Was the red just from the beets? Tequilla has been eating a chop with beets for the past few days and her poop looked just like Lincolns. So now I am freaking out.

Eat enough beets and you can get that effect yourself.

I had given my Lutinos blackberries and kinda forgot about it, and when I saw them later they looked like they had ripped each other apart, like a bloody mess.
