My macaw has a small red spot on his eyelid. It's barely raised, almost looks like a mole. A light pink in color. Hasn't gotten any bigger in the last month ice noticed it. Not painful, nether his eye nor eyelid are red, and he doesn't even seem to notice. It's about the size of a sharpened pencil tip. Wish I could get a photo but he won't hold still lol.
Do parrots get moles or warts? I thought maybe he scratched it and it was a scab but it didn't go away. When I rub over it and it's barely raised.
I want to make him a vet appointment but it's barely there and everyone says I'm over reacting.
Should I give it time or just make his appointment?
