Thank you for useful information! But what are the rules of choosing a vet? The thing is that I've looked through many vet reviews (Veterinary and vet services review and complaints), and many pet owners have complaints about these doctors..What would you recommend? How to find a reliable professional? Maybe, there are some distinctive signs?

thats awsome! does anyone know of a good avian vet in buffalo? i have one near where i am buyng my bird, but thats an hour and a half away. i would prefer a closer one
 lol

Oh Antoinette, you listed a vet that goes to birdbrains 1ce a month in fourways. Its a coincidence to me that you mentioned them seeing as I've ordered a baby conure from them. We don't have avian vets on the east rand wish we did, but at least thanks to you I now know I can just go there.

I have to wait till December seeing as they only breeding now, the guy I spoke with Craig Smith said they would only be ready then. Can hardly wait
