Why do you have parrots?

The light thing is funny, my aunt used to have a cat that would turn the touch lights in the bedroom on and off in the morning to wake them up when he was hungry. I don't know what I would do if my birds figured out how to do that! Luckily I sleep with a sleep mask on!

I have a parrot because it connects me with the natural world and prevents me from being aloof, a problem I have. Seeing and being with Salty makes me a better person
