So, my parrot walks up to my Indian ringneck and starts biting his tail and then the ringneck bites him back and it just continues until one parrot flies how do I stop them from biting each other?, I Do keep them in separate cages because the ringneck could kill my lovebird. How can I stop them from biting each other?

Currently I have none, but I have the capacity to adopt a minimum and maximum of two budgies - preferably a bonded pair or two males.

Of course ! They need to be in separate cages. I knew of one person who kept both to gather. The lovebird constantly bothered the Rose ringed and one fine day the Rose ringed murdered the lovebird.

Never keep two different species of parrots together in the same cage. The only exception, that has sometimes worked are Budgies and Cockatiel. There too the Tiles will be bullied and harassed.

NEVER keep lovebirds in cages with other species! They're bad enough when you keep difference species of lovebird together, but the little dears are so very territorial and can get extremely aggro in breeding season. They're famous for relieving other, bigger birds of their toes. So, unless you want your ringneck's feet to be pruned, I'd certainly keep them in separate cages.
